Recapful is an AI-powered tool that generates summaries, key takeaways, and action items from podcast episodes. The Service processes publicly available podcast audio to produce written notes.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

The summaries and notes generated by Recapful are provided for your personal use. The original podcast content remains the intellectual property of its respective creators. Recapful does not claim ownership of the original audio content.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Billing is handled through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Recapful is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. AI-generated summaries may contain inaccuracies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
