    • Usage data: Podcast episodes you summarize, job history, and feature usage
    • Payment information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe (we do not store your card details)
    • Technical data: Browser type, device information, and IP address for security and analytics

    2. How We Use Your Information

    We use your information to:

    • Provide and improve the Service
    • Process podcast episodes and generate summaries
    • Manage your account and subscriptions
    • Send transactional emails (password resets, job notifications)
    • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

    3. Data Storage and Security

    Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Podcast audio is processed temporarily and not stored permanently on our servers.

    4. Third-Party Services

    We use the following third-party services:

    • Supabase: Authentication and database hosting
    • Stripe: Payment processing
    • AI providers: Transcription and summarization of podcast audio

    Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing their use of your data.

    5. Data Retention

    We retain your account data and job history for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes.

    You have the right to:

    • Request correction of inaccurate data
    • Request deletion of your data
    • Export your data
    • Opt out of non-essential communications

    We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
